Sasthamkotta Lake, is a large freshwater lake in Kerala state of southern India. It is located near Sasthamkotta in Kollam District, 30 kilometres from Kollam.

The lake is surrounded on three sides by hills, and on the south side a bund separates the lake from the neighboring rice fields. Sasthamkotta lake provides water supply to entire Kollam District. The Sastha Temple is situated on the banks of Sathamkotta Lake.
The lake was designated a wetland of international importance under the Ramsar Convention in November 2002.
